Terms of Service

1. Services

J&R Security Solutions provides technology services including cybersecurity, custom software development, cloud infrastructure, workflow automation, IT consulting, managed IT services, physical infrastructure installation, and security systems installation. All services are subject to a signed service agreement defining scope, deliverables, and timelines.

2. Engagement Terms

All projects begin after a signed agreement and receipt of the initial milestone payment. Our standard payment structure is milestone-based (30% / 40% / 30%) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly service plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work product created specifically for your project is transferred to you. This includes custom code, configurations, documentation, and designs created as part of the engagement. General tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of J&R Security Solutions.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, technical details, or project specifics to any third party without your written consent. NDAs are available upon request and are signed as standard practice for all engagements.

5. Warranties and Support

All deliverables include a post-delivery support period as defined in the service agreement. We warrant that our work will conform to the agreed specifications. Issues discovered during the support period will be resolved at no additional cost.

6. Limitation of Liability

J&R Security Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Muscogee County, Georgia.
